2022 Annual Members Meeting Recap and Materials
The meeting was held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the historic Victor Lundy - Designed Southgate Community Center at 6:30 pm. Over 35 members and guest were in attendance. Here are the highlights:
Election of Board of Directors
The Board has three directors nominated for re-election to second three-year terms:
Erin DiFazio, Lorrie Muldowney and Tony Souza
One new director was nominated:
Ms. Jan Vertefeuille of Venice
The members voted to elect the slate of candidates to the Board for three year terms at the meeting.
